How much time your deliveries take?

It usually takes 3-5 working days of delivery and even the same day of order depending on the type and size of the order. We used to send an email when the product is dispatched to make you aware of product delivery.

There are massive orders which are delivered to the kerbside only. For more information, contact our sales team.

Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?

Yes, we offer the next delivery depending on the quantity of order, product kind, and time of placing the order.

How much does it cost to deliver?

The delivery cost differs relying on the plant, value, size, and location. It is computed during the checkout process.

Do you offer FREE DELIVERY if I spend a specific amount?

We usually do not offer free delivery but if you buy from us in large quantity, then we offer you a discount which can be in the form of free delivery so it is dependent on the size of the order. 

Can I collect it from you?

Yes. You can collect certain articles from our repository by appointment only. Please contact us to find out if this is possible.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

No, we do not deliver on weekends. We deliver on working days only. But if you do need urgent weekend delivery, we will deliver it at a premium delivery cost. 

Can I get a product sample?

Yes. You have to email a sample request along with your name and address and we will dispatch it according to our possibility.

Where my order will be delivered?

Your order will be placed at the address which you have written in the checkout section as your delivery address.

What if the items are damaged in the parcel?

You can exchange or refund the product. You have to give proof of the faulty product through an immediate image. Any late complaint will not be considered. Our courier will collect it from you. 

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have an option to return the products within a reasonable time. The product must be unused.

Will you pay for the delivery costs if I return a product?

We will pay back the delivery cost if the product is faulty or broken by the company side. In another case, you have to bear the delivery cost expenses.

If you are accountable for the costs of return and we are receiving the product from you, we will charge you the direct cost during the collection of the product.

When will you refund me for my returned product?

We will refund it within 14 days after receiving the product.
