Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation of order:
If you want to cancel your order, you need to tell us rapidly by contacting our helpline +44 011 6318 0448 There may be two cases.
1) If you cancel the order before the dispatching then the whole amount will be refunded along with delivery charges.
2) If you inform us about the cancellation of the order after its dispatching then the amount after deduction of delivery charges will be returned.
Failed to deliver:
The delivered product requires permission that the product is delivered to the right individual. This confirmation takes place in the form of the signature of the customer. If you are not home, our courier will try to reach you by calling you three times. If you are not still there, then the courier will bring the product back to us and the amount after removal of delivery charges will be paid back to the buyer’s account. If you want to buy the same item again and don’t want a refund, you will have to pay back delivery charges.
Exchange or returning the Defective Items:
If you find any deficiency in the delivered item, please call our customer support at 020 3290 3443. We will ask our courier to take back the item or you can use a regional courier to return us the defective article. After receiving and analyzing the shortcoming of the delivered product, we will give you the option of refund or exchange. We will refund or swap the product only in case you inform us immediately. Any late return request will not be granted. The returned product must be new and must be in actual packing.
If you find that the delivered product is not according to your needs, you can call our customer support +44 011 6318 0448 and return the item within 2 days of purchase. In this case, we will only deduct delivery charges and pay back the remaining amount to you.
If the order is canceled before dispatching, then the full amount with the delivery price will be returned. But in case, the order is canceled after dispatch then the amount after deduction of delivery charges will be paid back to the buyer’s account.
Our Refund processing time is about 7 working days.
